A new pumping station for AKI-OTYR petroleum company

OZNA engineers have started work on designing a new pumping station. The company is expected to manufacture and ship the equipment (a produced water transfer package) to the Client (AKI-OTYR, an oil company of RussNeft Group) by the end of November.
The package will be integrated into the infrastructure of the reservoir pressure maintenance system within the MWIS-2 project for the development of the Eastern sector of Verkhne-Shapshinskoye Field. It will consist of 3 pump packages with TsNS180-297 pumps and a hardware module. The new station by OZNA is designed to maintain reservoir energy and increase the oil recovery factor.
The partnership of OZNA and RussNeft workers has traditionally been productive. Three years ago, a transfer pumping station, two stations over an artesian well, a modular water injection station and a boiler package were shipped for RussNeft’s producing companies.
AKI-OTYR, a joint-stock oil company, specialises in the production and treatment of oil in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra. It is developing the Shapshinskaya cluster of fields and is a valuable production asset of RussNeft.
