OZNA launches a talent recruitment plan

Recently, OZNA chief executive officer Mikhail Kravtsov and the rector of Ufa State Petroleum Technical University (USPTU) Oleg Baulin signed a cooperation agreement. In 2019, USPTU successfully passed a witness audit of the integrated management system to comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.
From now on, OZNA will offer on-the-job training and pre-graduation internship programs to the outstanding students of USPTU. Those demonstrating excellent performance will win employment opportunities in various OZNA business units. Recent graduates are enthusiastic and think out of the box.
