OZNA to deliver a large-scale project to NOVATEK

OZNA joint-stock company won a tender held by NOVATEK-YURKHAROVNEFTEGAZ for the development of treatment facilities in Yevo-Yakhinsky license area. OZNA will design and manufacture four gas condensate pumping stations. Last year, Yevo-Yakhinsky license area became a part of Novatek vertically integrated production chain. The field will help to increase cluster gas production in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. In its turn, OZNA got a challenging yet interesting project ahead. To satisfy current demands, it is planned to use four pumping stations to transfer and feed the operating medium including hydrocarbon condensate with the maximum working temperature of 140 degrees Celsius, methanol, high- and low-concentrated methanol-water solution and deethanized condensate to be further transferred to the external transport system.
In total, the project includes 19 process units. The handled medium properties and its high pressure call for non-mainstream design concepts meaning corrosion-resistant design of the main pipelines and bulk materials, stringent fire safety and environmental requirements. In accordance with the contract, final assembly of pumping stations will be done right in the field.
