OZNA procures personal protective equipment for hospitals

COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic has changed the world and put a terrific load on health professionals. No doubt, doctors are true heroes of today risking their health and lives to save others. OZNA decided to make a contribution to the global COVID-19 response efforts by providing local health organizations with vital personal protective equipment (PPE).

OZNA purchased and procured PPEs worth of more than 500 thousand rubles. It was done within record-breaking term which is very important given the rapid pace of the virus spread. Indeed, hospitals very often become contagion outbreak hot zones and a large number of infected people are among doctors themselves.

Based on the current demand, OZNA procured 363 protective suits for Ufa Municipal Clinical Hospital. Besides, protective suits, glasses, gloves and glass face shields in the amount of 100 pieces were provided to one of outpatient clinics of the city of Oktyabrsky. Also, in addition to personal protective equipment a municipal hospital in Oktyabrsky was provided with 6-litre and 12-litre medical thermoses.

Contributing to the global COVID-19 response efforts and the pandemic damage control, as well as ensuring safety of employees, are among OZNA top priorities.
