Large licence areas explored in the past have already been distributed, and the recoverable reserves in place for new license areas do not averagely exceed 2 mln. tons. Development of such fields is hindered by high capex for construction of oil transportation and treatment infrastructure, since the production is insufficient for a comfortable project payback period. With that, the development perimeters and small licence areas may change with the observation of profitability parameters and production in current conditions.



In such a situation, license areas are being developed in clusters with development centres or hubs, where a common treatment infrastructure is created for several satellite fields on a basis of a single large one. With that, the conditions of production and parameters of fluids may change, wells may operate in the intermittent stock, and the license areas may be brought into production in a time-phased manner. All this results in risks of building the infrastructure that will happen to be non-demanded in future or unsuitable for reuse. With that, simultaneous construction of well-pad infrastructure in geographically dispersed locations will reschedule the first oil production.



The problem is solved through the synergy of the modular approach, customization, and services. OZNA is ready to render services in well data provision with subsequent oil treatment and deployment of a situation centre to collect and process the information. The data provision services include selection and operation of the best instruments for specific conditions and requirements for each well data with integration into a single system. The mobile chemical dosing and pig trap modules for well pads ensure the required flexibility, and the treatment infrastructure provides preliminary separation for transportation of the products to the central oil gathering and treatment facility from all satellite fields.



The well flowrate data provision and oil treatment services allows for lower uncertainty in achieving the production targets and for reduced financial risk due to the high mobility of the equipment and its capability to change locations with no capital investments.
