Zapolyarye-Purpe pipeline system
Tyumen region

- Client
- Transneft PJSC
- About the Project
To provide for oil-heating in the Zapolyarye-Purpe pipeline system operated by AK Transneft JSC, modern energy-efficient equipment was required. The Zapolyarye-Purpe-Samotlor pipeline system is the northernmost oil main line in Russia. Complexity of this project was in selection of equipment suitable for operation in severe climatic environment.
Ubiquitous water boiler facilities failed to meet the specified requirements. AK Transneft JSC selected the unique OZNA solution: to equip the oil-heating stations with thermo-oil boilers

Equipment
- 40 MW heat output boiler facility
- The boiler facility includes 5 thermo-oil boilers
Scope of Work
- Procurement, manufacturing, supply of oil-heating stations
- Supervision, pre-commissioning
